Board Advisory — Rasha

Board Advisory

Independent thinking. Executive depth.

Rasha brings over two decades of executive leadership to board roles — combining strategic rigour, operational depth, and a genuine commitment to governance that creates lasting value.

The Value Rasha Brings

Effective boards need directors who can think strategically, challenge constructively, and draw on real operational experience. Rasha has led organisations through complex transformation, managed significant risk, and built high-performing teams across some of Australia's largest and most complex institutions.

She has held senior executive roles at Commonwealth Bank, NAB, ANZ, and served as CEO of inTouch — Australia's leading specialist family violence provider. She currently sits on the Children's Medical Research Institute (CMRI) Board Digital Committee and is the Chair of Palestine Australia Relief and Action (PARA) Foundation.

Rasha is particularly well-suited to boards navigating transformation, digital change, or the intersection of commercial performance and social purpose.
